Best Buy's CowBoom brand is offering a refurbished 16-gigabyte, WiFi-only variant of Apple's iPad 2 for just $279.99. The iPads use Apple's 30-pin dock connector and, according to CowBoom, are "fully functional" though they "may show limited signs of wear" and "may have minor scratches."
